Our prices are per apartment and per night for the specified number of people, excluding local taxes and excluding final cleaning. The local tax of € 3.50 will be billed separately per person / night. Children and young people under the age of 15 do not pay any local tax. (from 1.11.2023 the tourist tax is 4 euros)
The final cleaning is not included in the price and will be charged separately: Apartment € 90.00 once per stay. We ask you to clean the kitchenette, wash and load the dishes, remove the rest of the food and all waste.
